It wasn’t a bad story and I’d hoped that with the second book the editing would have gotten better, but no such luck. So many missing or incorrect words that I’d have to go back and reread to make sure I understood. Dialog wasn’t great either. The story itself is pretty good, not my usual , but I’m glad I finished them. I probably won’t seek out this author again.
Ruthless Vengeance was amazing, and I couldn't put it down.I love this duet so much: Roxy, Maddox, and Zack were perfect; so much happened in this book, the betrayal, secrets, and deception that you get into the story from the beginning, and being between two hot alphas is everything ❤️🔥
Ok so book 2 starts exactly where book 1 left us, Roxy is in jail, the guys are freaking out and the shocks keep on happening!Just as jam packed, actually probably more jam packed with drama, lies, twists, turns and hotness than book 1, this story has it ALL!Im usually not too fussed on a MFM read but this one certainly knows how to keep you hooked into the craziness that is the Lawlers lives!You just never know who is a friend and who is foe in this world, but love that it keeps you guessing throughout the story.Look forward to reading all about Alpha bad boy Aiden next!*Read as part of KU*
Well...Wow. I'm not sure where to start!Revelation, secrets, lies, love, family, guns, blood, allies.. This has it all and everything comes to an end.Roxy, Maddox and Zak come together with unlikely allies to take down evil .. Roxy is baddass as a cop two sides of her soul clash until they don't!This is fast paced and there is a lot going on with lots of characters . I found my self having to re-read a page or two as i was reading so fast in eagerness that it wasn't quite making sense.I found the ending a little rushed wish there more to it and !maybe less in the middle BUT saying that everything was tied up rather nicely.MFM duet .. The heat 💥🔥🔥👏👏🍆💦🍆 be still my beating heart ❤
Wow... what an ending! Certainly neededto buckle up! What a ride!Maddox and Zak. I love them. And Roxy - that girl has my heart! And all 3 together is very special.I'll take it back what I said about Noah, he's still not my favourite person but what a story of twists and turns. I'm so happy I finally got round to reading this duet.Also I liked the little mentions of Sutton and Epsom. I don't think I've come across these places in a book before, it was like being transported back to being a kid. Then Norfolk 😂.
